iMovie 3 is on the scene today. I put together a little something using the new "Ken Burns" effect.

It's just like that Civil War documentary he did.

Now I'm gonna be famous.

After months of contemplation and good intentions, The Mollusk has gone live.

It's not quite right, and there are still a few pieces missing, but those of you that have seen the ant will certainly appreciate the difference.

Enjoy and check back often as I am sure improvements will be swift from here on out.

Adrift since I finished my book, I have been unable to focus on other things in life that require my attention. Like work.

Seems I was on the schedule today but that fact escaped me. That is, until I went in to check out the new 20" Cinema Displays and found out that I actually should have been there 2 hours earlier.

The new schedule clearly showed that I was to start at 12. It was even highlighted in red (they changed things around you see).

I put in a few hours of service and tried to demonstrate to the people there that I wasn't a complete moron. I think I was marginally successful. It depends on who you talk to.

I finally finished it. 1166 pages of fascinating information made even more incredible by the fact that it was a detailed account of the events in one person's life.

Amazing.

Seems like the hype is giving way to something more for Mr. Kamen's Segway. They aren't even available to the general public yet but people are talking.

Funny how some people think it's the end of the world (how pedestrian) while others see it as the primary force that will reshape our cities and how we move about them.

Both seem a bit extreme to me...for now.

The folks at the Apple Store have chosen to retain my services for the time being. I guess that means a benefit of some kind is supposed to kick in.

Maybe that will mean I can get a discount on one of these new monitors when/if they come out.

Our friends at boyarm are putting together a compilation in honor of Catholicism's important leaders. They're still accepting submissions so there's still time.

And if you're looking for a way to kill some time, try this. Its amazing what you can do with a Speak & Spell.

Congratulations to Suki on her brand new blog.

The internet, and our pelvises, will never be the same.
